QR complaint box
People who use your restrooms, elevators, lobbies or parking areas often notice problems before your staff do. With the MintCheck complaint box, they scan a QR code next to the asset, describe the problem and add up to 3 photos, with no account and no app. The complaint arrives in MintCheck, and the site's administrators get an email.

How it works
- 1
Turn on the complaint box
Switch it on for an asset, add a short guide message for visitors, and print the complaint QR code.
- 2
Visitors report the problem
The form opens in the visitor's phone language. They describe the issue, attach up to 3 photos and can leave an email or phone number to hear back.
- 3
Handle and resolve it
Move each complaint from Received to In progress to Resolved, adding notes along the way. Administrators get an email for new complaints and for every status change.

Good to know
- Visitors don't need to sign in or install anything.
- Anonymous by default, with optional email verification by a 6-digit code to cut down on spam.
- The same QR code can also collect improvement ideas.
- Unresolved complaints are highlighted on the site dashboard.
Questions
Do visitors need to install anything?
No. They scan the complaint QR code with the phone camera, and a simple form opens in their phone's language.
How can I stop fake or repeated complaints?
Turn on email verification. The visitor must enter an email address and the 6-digit code MintCheck sends, which is valid for 10 minutes, before they can submit.
How do I know when a complaint arrives?
MintCheck emails the site's administrators and the super admin when a new complaint arrives and whenever its status changes. The site dashboard also shows how many are unresolved.
