MintCheck is an admin console and a worker app for QR-based facility and asset inspections. You put a QR code on each asset. Workers scan it to run checklists and finish tasks, visitors scan a separate complaint QR code to report a problem, and you see every site on one dashboard. Everything works in 37 languages.
- QR inspectionsPut a QR code on each asset. Workers scan it with the MintCheck app to run the checklist due today, with the time, name and photos saved automatically.
- ChecklistsBuild inspection checklists from ready-made templates, with check, multiple choice, text and photo items, and schedule them daily, weekly, monthly or yearly.
- LogbooksReplace paper logbooks. Workers or visitors scan a QR code to add an entry anytime: entry and exit, vehicle, key, temperature or patrol logs.
- Work tasksCreate one-off jobs such as repairs, assign them to an asset, a worker or a work tag, and track them until done. Workers are notified in the MintCheck app.
- QR complaint boxVisitors scan a complaint QR code to report a problem with photos, with no account or app. You get an email and follow each complaint from received to resolved.
- Worker appThe MintCheck app for iPhone, iPad and Android: workers sign in once with a login ID or phone number, scan QR codes, run inspections and finish tasks.
- Site dashboardSee today's completion rate, unresolved issues, open tasks and complaints for each site on one screen, refreshed automatically.
