Common problems
The QR code won't scan
Allow camera access for MintCheck. On iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Apps > MintCheck > Camera. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > MintCheck > Permissions > Camera. Also check that the QR code is well lit and not damaged.
I'm not getting notifications
Allow notifications for MintCheck in your device settings. Notifications go to the device you're signed in on: when a task is assigned to you, and 30 minutes before scheduled tasks and checks. To choose which checklist reminders you get, tap the settings (gear) button in the app and open "Checklist notification settings".
I can't sign in
Ask your administrator to check that you're registered as a worker and that your login ID or phone number is correct. Enter the phone number as digits only, without dashes.
