You put a QR code on each thing you look after, workers scan it with the MintCheck app to run that day's checklist and record results and photos, and administrators follow everything in the admin console. Anything you check or look after: equipment, rooms, restrooms, vehicles, even a paper logbook. The quick start takes you from an empty account to your first completed inspection: one site, one checklist, one asset, one worker and a test scan with your own phone. The website, admin console and worker app are available in 37 languages, and the complaint form opens in the visitor's phone language. Workers use the MintCheck app for iPhone, iPad and Android, which keeps them signed in and sends notifications. Before they install it, they can also scan a QR code with the phone camera and work in the phone browser. [Worker app](https://mintcheck.today/en/features/worker-app/) ### Do workers need a password? No. An administrator registers each worker, and workers sign in with a login ID or phone number. Free for up to 5 assets with no credit card. Pay as you go is $0.99 per asset per month up to 30 assets, Business is $199 per month and Master is $299 per month. There is no per-user pricing. Inspection records and work tasks can be exported to Excel, so you can use them in your other tools, and invoices can be downloaded. Everyone loses access right away, billing stops at the next renewal with no refund for the current period, and data is kept for up to 90 days before it is permanently deleted. It is processed on infrastructure in the United States and other countries and encrypted in transit and at rest, and we do not sell personal data.
